How We Gather
In living rooms, parks, and around tables across the Bay Area, men slow down, breathe, and tell the truth together.
You don’t carry it alone.
Ways We Gather
We keep it simple: small circles, embodied practice, and time in service together.
Every gathering is built for presence, honesty, and brotherhood.
Anchor Circles
Monthly evening circles where 8–12 men slow down, check in, and speak the truth of where they are. Guided reflection, shared stories, and simple ritual to remember you don’t walk alone.

Sessions focused on breathwork, grounding, and nervous–system regulation. We practice what it means to stay present in the body—especially with hard emotions—so we can carry more courage and calm into daily life.
Time spent shoulder-to-shoulder: hikes, community projects, and shared meals. These gatherings take the work off the cushion and into real life, strengthening trust through action, not just talk.

Embodied Practice
What a Gathering Feels Like
A simple rhythm: arrive as you are, settle into your body, speak what’s true, leave more grounded than you came.
Share & Listen
Integrate & Return

A guided prompt, story, or practice opens the evening. Each man has space to speak without interruption while the rest of the circle practices deep listening—no fixing, no advice unless invited.
You’re welcomed into a small circle of men. We start with simple check-ins, a few minutes to breathe, and agreements that keep the space honest and confidential.
We close with a grounding practice, brief reflections, and clear next steps. You leave with your feet on the ground, your nervous system calmer, and your place in the brotherhood affirmed.
